The Mob City Punks is our JRDA Level II (positional contact) competitive derby program. Coaches develop athletes with a focus on teamwork, endurance, strategy, and a deeper understanding of the game of roller derby. Work on skating skills continues to progress with an emphasis on strength, speed, fluidity, and dynamism. Punks practice twice per week: Sunday afternoons at the Northgate Community Center and Wednesday afternoons at the Lynnwood Bowl & Skate. Throughout the season, Punks participate in scrimmages, home games, and Regulation JRDA Level II games against local and regional opponents.
JRDA Level II skaters interested in taking assessment to join our Punks program should email coaches@mobcitymisfits.com to schedule an orientation and assessment.
